She loved my handbag collection so much that I could not resist making her one. Grandma was very specific about what she likes so all the designs details must be on point.

Luxury In Every Detail

Sourcing the right material was critical so you know I had to reach out to my friends at Fabric Wholesale Direct and I found exactly what I was looking for. The exterior is constructed with black Ottertex Alligator Vinyl Leather and the lining is made with black waterproof canvas. This handbag would not be complete without bag hardware from Wawak

This handbag features silver bag hardware with two front zipper exterior pockets and purse feet to complete the design.

Handbag Interior Design

Of course, it’s important to make sure your exterior design is luxurious but don’t sleep on the interior of your handbag. The interior lining is made from black waterproof canvas giving the bag a strong structure and easy to clean. The interior lining features a zipper pocket large enough to hold your beauty products.

On the other side of the interior lining are two slip pockets perfect size for your cell phone or keys. I added a custom embroidery initial designed stitched by JTC Pro Stitch to personalize this handbag just for grandma. You can’t find this anywhere else hunny its custom made!

I can’t tell you how much this project meant to me. Sharing my craft with my queen of fashion was very much intimidating but so rewarding to know that she fell in love with my work. It touched my heart to know that everywhere she goes she is proud to say that she has a custom handbag made by her granddaughter. What an amazing feeling to always keep close to my heart.
